TO ALL, 1. I think it is now an odds on choice that Alan Greenspan will raise margin requirments early next year, ex a drop of 500 or more points in the Dow before then. If it doesn't work, he will require full margin. Then, if that doesn't work, he will raise rates. 2. Oracle missed its estimate by a little bit, for the second quarter in a row. Nobody cares for the second quarter in a row. Two predictions I made 3 weeks ago. But, once the drug party of the bulls is crapped out, somebody is going to notice that these bullet-proof cos. have feet of clay. Off to the track, Good luck, MB
