8-K filed which curiously contains 10-Q type information. Not much different from press release about the quarter. Compare PLT's description of the headset business with AND's for a bit of a reality check. There is a good chance that there will be a PR/hype blitz in the next few weeks to get stock into double digits. Chances of the proxy passing are probably not real good the way things are so management is likely to try and make things look better (not be better, just look better). I'd guess there is a 20-30% chance the stock will get up to double digits by the annual meeting and if it does I'll short it again.
