It appears safe to say that if we are not a bottom, we are close. I don't think anyone can say oil will never go up again. It would be interesting to see some research on the history of oil drops and their durations. Depending on your time frame, these prices look pretty good to me. If you are looking for a quick return, Oil is probably not the place to look. If you are looking for a solid return over the next 6-12 months, Oil may be a good bet. Just my opinion.
