Well there probably are offshore accounts. This is not necessarily illegal.

What is more highly probable is that they know people who are investing in their company with offshore accounts. What is illegal by VSE regulation is if they have more than 10% interest in these companies. If they do not declare it in their taxes it may also be illegal.

The company does have foreign connections in Australia. I had thought Gray was Australian, although I may be mistaken. I know some of his friends are. There may be accounts set up there to invest in Antares. I don't view that as a bad thing of course. In the end is only matters that he tows the VSE regulatory line so the shareholders know where the selling and buying is coming from.

A lot of companies do the odd bit of attracting offshore money. Some of it was originally domestic. Some beneficial interests may accumulate to prinicpals from time to time from foreign associations. Foreign investments have become a veriabls maze for multiple governments to keep track of with conflicting regulations. In the midst of the poor minority shareholder
