Todd and all, I originally heard about this on the Yahoo site thread. It concerns the settlement of a 1994 lawsuit. Originally i heard 600,000 shares but the filing involves 800,000 shares. The shares were issued on July 20, this corresponds with drop we saw that day. These shares were issued without restriction which means they can be sold at any time by plaintiffs...thus now there are 800,000 more outstanding shares of ADMG. here is the link: www4.edgar-online.com dlb
