I believe orbkf is ready to take off again. It has been very stagnant primarily due to the whole Russel 2000 thing. That has now changed. With significant earnings and upgrades and now the Russel having two positive days in a row, combined with the fact that orbkf is sitting just below its 50 100 and 200 day MA leads me to believe that we are ready for lift off relatively soon.
