Why not just make one post that says, "Sometime in the next few days, we will make the changeover, which may necessitate a downtime period of between five and thirty minutes."?<g>

That way, you have covered all bases, and mitigated the need to keep coming back and posting again. Remember, conservation of hard drive space should always be kept in mind. You know how much space each of those individual posts take, don't you?<ggg>
