Winners Internet Network Accepted as a Member of the
Cyberlink Trust
ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 6, 1998-- David C. Skinner, Jr., President of
Winners Internet Network, Inc.,(OTC-BB:WINR - news) announced today the formal agreement
entered into with Cyberlink Monetary System(r) to provide the Formal Banking Trustee
Management Services, has led to the acceptance of Winners Internet as a member of the Cyberlink
Trust.
This has immediately expanded the ability for Winners to be presented throughout the world in eight
languages, including German, French, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, Spanish, Russian and English. This
has allowed Winners to be able to go forward with the Winners Debit Card. The Winners Debit
Card will be the first of its kind to be offered with banking support throughout the world. The
agreement with Cyberlink Monetary System, also a member of the Registered Trust, has
immediately placed Winners with the ability to accept MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club and others
that are being negotiated at the present time. In order to secure a worldwide market, Winners has
begun to interface programming with the supporting banking institutions. This will allow the Debit
Card to be offered much sooner than expected. As a result of the additional interface and
connections to rapidly expand the worldwide market, Winners has agreed with the Managing
Director of the Registered CMS Trust(r), DR. Reinhart Proksch, to provide the technical support
for CMS(r). They will also sponsor all Internet businesses wanting the availability of secure
encrypted cyberbanking, allowing all transactions from the customer to the merchant on the Internet,
the security of trust services. This will give Winners a broad expansion of a customer base
worldwide. It is expected that providing the banking interface will allow the business to be fully
operational during the latter part of August. Winners has recognized the need to expand into the
worldwide market and insure that all legal jurisdictions are offered the Winners system. With the
acceptance of Winners as a member of the Cyberlink Trust, Licensed Banking Trustee
Management will insure the customers that their money is fully protected under the most secure
banking system in the world. This will undoubtedly benefit Winners in gaining a large share of the
worldwide market.
WINR is a pioneer in developing a, Global Gaming Pay out System, which they feel will
revolutionize both the Internet Casino and the International Sports Book method of pay out. Once
on WINR'S System, a player will be able to track a full accounting of wins and losses at each
