(OTC BB:WINR) David C. Skinner, Jr. President and CEO of Winner's Internet Network is
thrilled with the legislation that is pending regarding U.S. Internet Casino play. Mr. Skinner stated
that from the very beginning WINR was established with the premise that gaming would be
outlawed or severely curtained in the United States market. To think otherwise would have been
foolish considering the regulations concerning casino gaming in the U.S. and their strong lobby
efforts. The Internet has opened the doors to the world as never before and unfortunately there are
those who disregard the ethics of business for profits which make it necessary for legislation.
However, this has become a very delicate issue and we are not agreeing or disagreeing with the
principles of the law, but regardless we must adhere to all regulations to properly develop the entire
world of Internet Commerce. This has been our goal from the onset of WINR. We have been
criticized by those who thought we were too conservative with our system, but now our structure
adapts and accepts the regulations with open arms. WINR has always been concentrating on the
global market with little or no emphasis in the U.S. All of our operations are centralized in Europe to
