If I am not mistaken, 1997 is about 180 days away from June 30, 1998. To me the info would then be about 225 days old. Not too helpful.

As for your second paragraph, my answer is YES. As I mentioned before, buisiness is done differently in foreign country's. I really doubt the State Department will get involved, unless PRWT wanted them too. My father and Stepfather deal with South American Government's on a daily basis. I can't tell you the amount of times they don't pay all the money they owe. Sometime's it years, or never. We're talking amounts in the six figure range. Do they go to the State Department? I mean this is breech of contract. No they don't. Because, if they did, they would never get any buisiness from South America again. I am sure this is why PRWT is handling this situation they way they are.
