My father and Stepfather deal with South American Government's on a daily basis. I can't tell you the amount of times they don't pay all the money they owe. Sometime's it years, or never. We're talking amounts in the six figure range.

So then are you saying that the guarantees from Belize are likely worthless even if PRWT really has them? Sure hope there are no defaults on the loans for those model homes.

Well the quote I was referring to seemed to say that they were closing their books for June 30, 1998 and that they would be reporting in 45 days. So while it may include revenues from 1997, it certainly represents the state of the company as of June 30. That sounds pretty relevant to me, unless I am missing something. Are you saying that it won't include any information on the first two calender quarters of 1998?
