You were right, of course, and I decided to subscribe. I was on the phone for almost 1/2 an hour, trying to get through. When I did, the rep. told me they'd had 3,000 calls (I'm not sure if that was during this weekend or during the course of the offer). I was kind of crestfallen, until she added, "... in NYC alone." So maybe, what 2 to 300, 000 new CDMA subscribers in the last week or so? Is that possible?
I ordered the QCP-1920 single band. Remember the Q phone @ $4-500? Well, this is $99, factoring in the rebate. She said it was branded Sprint, but that it was, indeed, a Qualcomm phone.
