James, I think you are right that we have looked at all of this and now it is time to move on. Just one small correction first. The 368,304 shares from series E could not have been sold until after March 31, 1998 because that is when they were issued. This goes with what Joe Murphy said that all of the shares which had been issued had been sold before Nov. 97. These would have been sold since April. I like the questions you asked Charles. Those are some of the questions that I had intended to ask. From what I can gather at this point, Charles is probably a larger shareholder than almost any on this board (not counting Grupo, of course). I am sure he is just as anxious to see DCI move forward with the sale as any of us. I look forward to his participation. Jewel
