I know only what I've been told by people I do not personally know, but what I've heard is conventional financing is to be announced soon. GF said conventional financing could only be gotten when the refinery starts to show a profit. I hope the refinery is doing well at this point in time. The company says they are to begin drilling in September/October. Is that true? Do they still need approval from the Kazakstan government to drill for oil, or has that already been settled? I would think the stock price would be higher if they held land with so much proven reserves. Maybe not.
