Hi Bill, I've also asked for a copy of the tape. I'm an existing shareholder, so maybe I'll rate higher. It will take a couple of weeks to get here, so I'll tell you if I get it. I take your point that such defects are a blot on a company. My experience of Qualcomm has been uniformly excellent though. It is one of the many things about the company that gives me cofidence. Sure they have the great technology, but they also have all the rest of the attributes necessary to get millions of customers happily using the products. One of my major concerns was the vapourware factor in CDMA; it has been too long in the promise for my liking. But it seems to be "here and now", so forgiveness is in order. Please tell me if you get your tape. Maurice
