Jerome writes that " For now KLIC's balance sheet looks terrible, " The balance sheet looks great compared to the stock price. I see net assets which approximate closely to the market cap of KLIC. Book value is around 13. Very little debt. Good cash position. Now the income statement may start looking worse in coming quarters. But assuming you expect KLIC to continue in business and a turn around in semi equip oneday, then this is an extreme bargain price for the long term. Not to even mention the daily trading opportunities with limited downside risk.
