Ola Sergio, EK (Kodak) is completely exposed at this time to the Asian deflation. Fuji is eating their lunch. Agfa is not far behind. EK recently introduced their digital cameras: biz.yahoo.com A good idea but their main product (film) is useless for this technology. How much of a market can they take from the new competition, the camera OEM's. Their earnings last quarter were inflated because of a one time sale of their stake in a company called Gretag Imaging. Their sales fell 8% in 1997. EK's new acquisition of Imation Medical will not add to earnings for another year: biz.yahoo.com Which leads me to believe between now and next quarter earnings, this stock should be a good short.
