Anna,

I don't believe anyone here is being critical; VERY cautious would be more appropriate. If there is one thing all of us learned from the Midland fiasco it is to QUESTION every thing and EVERYONE!
Now, I see that is not acceptable to you. Why?

I still own this stock and I fully intend to turn every stone I can find over and look under it. I would suggest that all of us take off the blinders and check and recheck everything connected or in the process of being connected to this company.

I remember questions that were raised on Arcon and immediately all of us die hards cast doubt on those who questioned anything. Well I for one have learned a great and painful lesson and I will no longer go with the flow. Gary, himself says to pay attention to naysayers!

Let the inspection and naysaying begin. We have a right to turn every stone and pebble to inspect. We are all fools if we don't.

In the wake of our excitement for something to bail us out we must not be foolish and unwise. There are many who have lost a lot of money and I don't want to see the fiasco repeated.

Due diligence is a must and no matter what it is it should be posted!

Respectfully submitted,

Dusty
