Linda, I only know they MUST disclose to you as a client. And it MUST be on your confirmations. There should be a code shown that matches up with a some statement on the confirmation (usually on the back).

There also should be a disclosure on your monthly statement.

Yes, if you ask them, I THINK they must tell you, but I'm not positive on this. It makes sense that they would have to, though.
