daytrader, You should be careful about such direct statements as calling a company a "scam". Such a statement implies that they are misrepresenting facts in order to fool investors. Even if true, the company could still cause great legal troubles for you. Companies can and do read SI and do defend their names.

No one ever gets sued for hyping from the long side, but short side posters run that risk. Unless you have very deep pockets and a legal staff, you should post carefully when promoting the short side. Don't post anything that would give a lawyer a toe hold. Just stick to the facts and you will be OK.
