That being the case Eric doesn't it stand to reason that we write off that first PR episode to transition confusion.Then we have validation on the initial land holdings.Even if they are short of the PR values they have to be worth a great deal.Along with new acquisitions.Maybe this will establish a new starting point from which to grow.This time based on truth not hype.If those evaluations end up only where they were originally with all their new property then .18 or lower would still be a steal.IMO Hopefully they will be much higher. BillQ
