Packwood was also physically threatening, if I recall... there seemed to be some physical assaults involved. Clinton seems to have a non-threatening demeanor. You're right for the most part. Packwood was more physical, it's true, and what he did I thought to be pretty disgusting. The one big differentiator, though, other than him being Republican, was he wasn't 'good looking' and 'young' like Clinton. Witness the woman reporter who flew on Air Force I w/Clinton who said she would gladly have given Clinton a BJ for protecting abortion rights. Heck, Packwood voted for every women's rights bill that came down the pike but I didn't see any women reporters offering to get on their knees for what he did to protect abortion rights. It's the same old double standard-it's only harassment and intimidation if you don't like either the person or their politics. halfscot
