The $0.62 POKR value was brokered between the principals of the 2 companies. It is a fixed value vs. the floating value for AVIA that will be used to determine the share conversion when the merger is completed.

IMO the present POKR value is due to multiple factors....a small investor audience, an absence of an IR firm, undisclosed AVIA assets, uncertainty about the merger and its significance.

My belief is that it will climb to a value much greater than $0.62. The fundamentals support a much higher value. When the merger occurs in the next month or so, news should start to come out describing the new company, its acquisitions and hopefully some visionary comments as to where the company is headed. I would be very surprised if the stock is still depressed 30-90 days from now. My inclination is that things will happen at the earlier end of this timeline.
