Scott, I am a share holder of record for the period listed in the law suit that I believe you're reffering to. I do recall receiving a some literature regarding this a while back but, can not honestly recall what it said but, do recall......wading it up and making a three foot hook shot to the circular file with it though!!! Wish I had it now so I could share it. Anyhow, that is all that I have heard about it of late. Regards..........jc
