Dorothy, The Lawsuit is hanging all over the former Co-Founder Rajiv Aggarwal - it's actually more like a tight leash. There is no counter suit by Mr. Aggarwal, the only suit is filed BY THW ON MR. AGGARWAL. They have him tied up with numerous injunctions and suits and, believe me, everything is in Totally Hip's Favour. THIS LAWSUIT IS A NON ISSUE. This minor inconvenience will not stand in their way any longer. JADE
