The Barlow maxim "you can never be too rich or have too much bandwidth" notwithstanding, WCII thinks 7-8 channels/ market does them fine. ARTT's attraction seems to be more what they offer in Europe and in adding breadth of domestic tertiary markets, than what they would add to WCII's MSA BW.

Be sure to pass on any notable TGNT one-liners.
