Extension of last post - Just looking at the BW available newsletters. In the news of FAMC 15MM$ additional rev in cottonwood JV In the news of Manitoba Resort 60% money in and 40% share of a 30MM$ value. In the Chikasaw housing 1.5MM$ shared profit in JV. Bottomline of 5 BW news there is 3 talking about money coming in. One about possibly acquiring a company that generates profit - The warehouse/distributions company. The fifth piece of BW news "only" displaying outstanding management. I'll ask Steve alias SSPARSONS to do a summarization if he has got the time - He's the better one to do such. Kr Jens
