Kaiser had a great list of ways in which cash-rich companies could steadily make themselves less and less cash-rich in his winter BF report last year. Property trading was one of them. Another was management expense, in all its various forms.

I've watched Antares in the past and thought about picking up a few, but never studied it in depth before at all. I'm very glad I waited, now.

The source of the threat may just be one loose cannon in the company in dire need of spiking, but after several days it would appear that it is company policy. Everybody's allowed a few mistakes, though, so if they were to realise and admit that they have screwed up bigtime by threatening an SI poster, then I expect that things would settle down eventually, like you say, and who knows - they might one day even find some sort of mineral and a market for it as well.

But none of this 'declare victory' - No way. Threats must be seen to fail,
and threatmakers seen to lose by the making of threats.

Otherwise these threads become useless, we will be left with only the WayneWs chanting happy thoughts to pump the paper to the suckers passing by.
