Here are some more information I've just found in another Stockchat.

Company created recently through a reverse merger. Company was created as an amalgamation of 3 diverse companies each one offering something different. One of the companies is a HP reseller of printers and printer software; According to him they were the 15th largest seller of HP printers in the US last year. Another company/ division of IDTX now has created a software for printing on demand for wide format printers. ie. scan small image and it prints instantly while scanning. Ideal for presentations and for booths selling posters etc etc. They are the only ones in the market that have this software.
A third company/ again now a division of IDTX has a technology that can convert a picture any size into a canvas oil painting. Again they are the only ones with this technology. He mentioned to me that HP is very high on their real time software.
I think deals could come in the software area ie. division#2
and also division #3 for distribution in quick processing
photo developer shops.
The company is well diversified considering they have
one established core business ie. HP seller of printers and
two other divisions with two diverse new products that
have no competition. I'll pass more information along
as I find it.
