What is AOL's strategy to increase bandwidth (DSL, cable modem)? Just in the past two days, I've seen several news stories about AOL's new "Terapop". From the description, it seems like AOL has decided to shift its internet connectivity away from MAE-East and set up its own peering arrangements with the major backbone providers. Long Overdue, but a big step forward.
