If you have ever been through a reverse split were
you get 1 share for every 70 shares you own, and the
shareholders are conned by bolonia being fed by a
sleasy ceo you would understand that a reverse split
is just terrible. I went through it. I read hundreds of
post when shareholders hear of reverse split they panic sell. I have seen it twice although the second time I
had peanuts for a investment. So don't tell me that
the value of a certain stock is just mathematics. In
real life reverse split is usually a lousy thing for the
shareholder. The board gets to issue shares all over again. It is good for the company but the shareholder
that absorbs the split is paying for the company to grow.
The stock price plummets after the split. twice
