I mean no offense to you, but .... I'm sick and tired of people talking about the rights of the criminals. Our society is constantly screaming about the rights of the criminals. We hear it in courtrooms all over, sadly the rights of the raped woman or dead child are swept under the table. Whenever a person commits a crime, they have given up some of their rights. They have violated anothers rights and have thus given up their rights.
I remember a case where a woman was driving her child from place to place one day. Some nut case jumped into the van, kidnapped the woman and left the child on a lawn overnight. The woman was terrorized, raped and then killed with forty some stab wounds. During his trial we constantly heard of his rights. He has a bad childhood and so he has an excuse and rights. Well what about the dead woman, does that matter. What about the three year old child, doesn't she have the right to a living mom. This man was convicted to a rediculously short sentence. I guess he had more rights than the dead woman, her children and her husband.
