Hello Bob, << Since the government was founded by people of faith and designed to have use Biblical principals as part of the society, why should we remove Biblical principals now? >> Exactly. Why should we ? Why do the rights of the criminal outway the rights of society? The right to a fair trial is essential but if convicted the rights of society should be at the forefront of the issue from that point on. Eye for an eye was a judicial principal in the criminal statutes of both the United States and Canada initially. Just a quick word of support for your thought. John
