Pricilla, You are missing the PE multiplier - If they report 105MM earnings it's a 15$ company at a PE of 10. The 55MM mentioned were imo the expected 1.years turnover - revenue - not earnings. Say if they can net-earn 3MM then 3/70*10 is a fair & conservative price 42 cent. Kind regards Jens
