[PREDICTION] THIS "SHIPPING DEAL" WILL NEVER HAPPEN. Just like in 1997 when MIDL did not consummate the deal and exactly the same way in fell through with CNHH. This "manuvering" by MIDL is another stall tactic, imo. The extra MIDLP shares are being held up by the Liquidating Trust from what I hear.
