DJ: Internet Media Corporation Makes Santa Fe, NM, ISP Second Acquisition In a
Week; ISDN-Speed to Reach New Mexico at Last

BATON ROUGE, La., Aug. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Internet Media Corporation (IMCOR)
(OTC Bulletin Board: USRF) announced today that it has signed a definitive
acquisition agreement to acquire an Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Santa
Fe, NM. The Santa Fe acquisition will be made with cash and is scheduled to
close September 1st.
"With two acquisitions in a week, St. George, UT, and Santa Fe, it is
apparent that our plan of buying existing ISPs and 'plugging-in' our
Wireless Internet System holds a great deal of promise for us," said David
Loflin, President of IMCOR. "The acquisition of an existing ISP saves a
significant amount of time in launching our Wireless Internet System in a
market, and this Santa Fe acquisition comes with enthusiastic personnel who
are eager to put our Wireless Internet System into customers' hands," added
Mr. Loflin. Mr. Loflin explained further that the Santa Fe acquisition also
puts the Company in excellent position for the entire state of New Mexico,
as there is a total lack of ISDN service available to individual customers
anywhere in the state. IMCOR can fill that void by providing ISDN (or
faster) equivalent speed through its Wireless Internet System. "Businesses
everywhere are demanding ISDN speed, and Internet Media will be able to meet
that demand in the Santa Fe area right away and in most of New Mexico's
cities, as we grow during the coming months and years. We are in a position
to provide New Mexico with its first '21st Century ISP' -- one that is
wireless, dependable and fast," concluded Mr. Loflin.
USRF's technology is completely non-reliant on a hard-wire telephone line or
cellular telephone system. It enables constant and mobile access to the
Internet from any PC or laptop within the company's transmission area, at
speeds ranging from two to 10 times faster than normal dial-up access.
