Actually, given that the price of POKR has been set at $0.62 fundamentals are a moot point. The value of the company will be $0.62 less some discount attributed to the risk of what will happen to AVIA shares after the merger and before a holder can sell the AVIA, IMO. It seems pretty obvious to me that no one pay more than $0.62 prior to the merger. Now after the merger... Eric
