Whisky,

Your question expresses the paradox which we as stock holders in LCAV are facing. When we don't understand the consequences of the proposed plan we tend not want to be in the stock. Also as AR has written, any company that has felt the necessity of implementing a reverse split, has seen its stock price drop. I think this fact has been borne out by recent depressed activity price activity of LCAV.

I am sure that the officers and board directors know this fact and are willing to see it through. They are long term investors in the truest sense and are willing to "bite the bullet" to accomplish their objectives of removing the short term debt problem, creating a stock incentive plan (very favorable to them if the per share earnings increase as expected), and they achieve NASDAQ National Market status.

It is my opinion that this plan will be approved by the stock holders. Management controls more shares than the investing public. so I think the "deed is done" and will have to be satisfied with a long term holding position until we see a a marked increase in the share price.

I have faith in the company, but do I want to commit my money for the long term on the prospect of a down turn in the economy? And as to the technical analysis of the price action of this stock today, I do not see the prospect of any short term run up in price. These are questions that we all face and I'm sure that the market action in this issue will tell the tale of what we have decided to do.

Harry
