Dr Doom, Example 1, I gave you not only a "board member" but the Company's President, look again at CAFE. The President and his family benefited from the floorless (and owned a big chunk of it).

Example 2. No I am not short this or any other stock, my personal rule is to stay out (from the long side) anytime I see a floorless bandit playing with a stock, I do enter during the end game and it is quite profitable, I entered the end game in Arakis in the low 2' and unloaded above 6 and told the thread of these actions. I entered GATE at the end of their floorles at $.5 and unloaded at $2.5. I just entered what I believe is an end game situation in TTRIF at 7/16 (and this one I was bearish all the way from above $3). In all these three cases I made my position quite clear as to why I stayed out (floorless) and why I jumped back in (end game). I may enter HEC under $1/share if I note an end game there, but because of the long term floorless of the European issue, (2002 or so) it may take quite sometime.

Dr. Doom, as I have said, you can take my "advice" or leave it, I am not going to try and convince you of my credibility. I have been posting on SI for more than 2 years, not just in one stock, but in many general threads as well, Everytime I am sour on a stock I get die hard bulls like you to try and impune my credibility to see them a year or less later admit they should have followed my advice. Luckily, enough people write be thank you letters for implanting enough doubts in their minds to get out in time. Your falling in or out of love of a stock is your own business. All I say is, HEC has three floorless instruments in place, I do not go long where floorless bandits play, they have too great an advantage over the small investor. Of course, you can always pray for one of those Strain's like Elephant fields (I have not seen a stock he did not have an Elephant in its future), and it could happen, but believe me the stock will "predict it" with a massive one day "volume Price reversal".
