Check out the Cyrix Intra-day chart on pcfn.com The day wound up down but hell the Dow tanked ~100 points. There was a 60 to 70K sh buy at 2:00PM. I have always wondered if it is a signal between market makers on the NASDAQ when a stock closes in 64ths. 20 49/64 todays close.
