Thanks for the recap Alistair, however I think that you are double counting a few shares. The shares in escrow have already been issued (but cannot be traded). Thus you shouldn't include :

Escrow release July 1998 415,687
Shares remaining in Escrow 433,815

This would reduce your Fully Diluted (Including Aquasol Deal) by 849,502 to 34,199,845
