I think you first quote proves my point all the more...and the others really have nothing to do with conclusively saying anyone is in Heaven unless you twist and mold it into what you want it to say...the dead are dead and dead for a reason..sinning...(except Jesus of course, but we are talking about humans here and not the Son of God)...they must wait with everyone else for the resurrection(s)BUT...I might add that since the dead realize no passage of time, to them, or us when we die, we will INSTANTLY be resurrected.....therefore in a way you are right....a deceased will find themselves instantly in heaven...but as of this very moment, no human that has walked this Earth is in Heaven.
