I am talking about the US not EU, the preliminary report came out from the US commerce dept but was incorrect on the percentages, and the final statement is supposed to come out in September. Its just an event, and I am not saying it will carry any long term benefit for MU or the DRAM market. It could cause a spike on the day its announced depending on what it is. Supposedly, since the 12.64% assessed for Hyundai was wrong, I suspect this will be reduced, I think one article from Hyundai stated it was supposed to be around 3-6% or something like that, not sure on LG. So, my cut its going to be a failure by Micron to penalize the Koreans because they cannot prove they did any significant dumping. I think MU was just as guility, as they dumped
16M parts for $1.20 in Europe earlier this year.
Good trading.
