I'm glad somebody like you point out this issue. In fact I was shocked
last Monday to find out how many more IPO guys are using these loans
and most of them are not public information as far as I understand. I
thought about shorting a few of them, but I decided against it
because I learned a good lesson for the danger of "knowing too much
than herd." Anyway folks here are lucky to have you.
