In this specific instance I was able to call the minimum gain by the speed (range over time) and that the readings for both the UP-MO and DOWN-MO were similar but high in the .7 and above range.

Obviously, I wouldnt play for a 20 point move in the DOW, but lets see if I can now I dentify a 50 point swing in the DOW (5-6 point swing in the SPX).

I will try to give as many signals as possible but Im not on the computor all the time. When I do give a signal it will be short and quick, since by the time the note is posted it may already be moving.
