Has there been channel stuffing? Is the company late in it's reporting? Why did CFO Bakewell leave the company to work for an oil company (of all industries?). Was Cummins, the CEO asking him to do things that he was not comfortable doing? Will there be a restatement of financials? Enquiring minds want to know.
