HBOC and year 2000: I believe HBOC will benefit greatly from the Y2K issue. No sector stands to be held more liable that the health care if the Y2K is for real. Hospitals are the ultimate in liability. Therefore they will either need to fix their systems or put the money into new system. I would imagine many of the hospitals will choose the new system. Why put a very large chunk of change into a antiquated system when you can have a sleek new system? just a thought ht david
