Norris Communications Signs Development Agreement to Develop a Digital Voice Recorder
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 10, 1998--Norris Communications Inc. (OTC:NCII - news) today announced that it has signed an agreement to design and develop a digital voice recorder for Intel Corp [Nasdaq:INTC - news].
Under the terms of the agreement, Intel will provide one-time development funding for the design. Terms and conditions for use of Norris' technology in a production product, or in derivatives of the current development effort, have been established with Intel in the current agreement. The Intel development payments to Norris do not represent any form of equity investment.
