Gregg! Thanks for your answer. I agree that I haven't your knowledge about the patents at stake. I have just heard that one of them is related to softhandover. Have no idea how big chances Ericsson has to win but lets for the argument say that they will win.In this case why can't ERICY just refuse to licence it to QCOM.Why is the only possibility in this case that ERICY will get some "mitigation of some of the royalities" . If this is the worst scenario for QCOM I can understand the position of the management/R
