Anyone who knows: Would anyone care to elaborate a little on the so-called "Richardson" litigation. This is the first time I've heard it named as such. Though I've only been reading for a month or so here. In particular, are there any specific milestones in the near future? Pre-trial hearings, evidentiary decisions, etc.? Any timeline on when it may be settled/resolved? And who is "Richardson"? TIA, mmeggs
